is made from a blend of the best wines
Champagne : Mareuil-sur- Ay Ay Hautvillers
Val d' Or avenay , Bisseuil ... all classified 1er Cru .
Its assembly was predominantly black grapes
gives it an exceptional bouquet supported
by the delicacy of Chardonnay.

Chardonnay 20 %
Pinots miller 25 %
Average age of the vines: 25 years
Soil: Limestone covered with a thin layer of topsoil
Appearance: Golden silky
Aromas: Brioche , toast, hazelnut final .
Taste: Brut
Tasting: Aperitif, paté crust , red meat
